It seems just too many of many things:

too many books to read and too many books I would really like to read which are not in the too-many-books-to-read list.

too many thuoghts in my mind and too many thoughts I wish I could think of which are not in the too-many-thoughts-in-my-mind list.

too many things to do and too many things I wish I could do which are not in the too-many-things-to-do list.

too many words I listen to and very few little words I wish I could listen to which are not in the too-many-words-I-listen-to list
